4th of July BBQ

Check out my latest Blog!

The 4th of July is always a fun and memorable holiday for me. My son Matthew has a birthday on the 2nd and his second one in particular is a miracle. See Lorie's Blog on that subject. Why I became a BBQ Blogger!

Hi!  My name is Mark Feldbauer; I am a Backyard Grill Master. I’m not a pro and I do not go to competitions. My reason for becoming a Blogger on BBQ is really pretty simple. Folks love my BBQ and grill work and I’m a story teller! My wife Lorie has become very involved with my grilling, cooking and taking our love for outdoor cooking to a new level. I hope to share my experiences, recipes, thoughts and ideas with you folks out there who are just beginning to grill and cook outdoors or the…

Beef Ribs

Hi John T!

It has been my experience that beef ribs are just as juicy and tender as pork when prepared and smoked properly. I will grill pork ribs from time to time however, I suggest only smoking beef ribs. I good rub works best for me and an even 185-200 degree heat for 4 hours or so. They should just about fall off the bone. Let me know if this works for you.

Good Grilling

Mark
