This cooker is the one we call the "Old Beast". This cooker was originally made for cooking pigs. For Easter I was bound and determined to smoke something for dinner. I had a turkey and a ham in the freezer but both got the "meh" from the family so that meant I needed to go on a meat hunt. Recently I was working on filling out a questionnaire from Scott of Starvin' Marvins BBQ Team. As part of it, one of the questions was "What does BBQ Mean to you?". Not wanting to be overly wordy, which I am known to be at times, I gave the following response.
