Do you prefer mustard based or vinegar based sauces?
I asked this to some people a few days ago and received the following results:
49 mustard based
43 vinegar based
19 both
7 bacon (which was not the question, but love it nonetheless)
1 none (the entry was of course from Texas)

Vinegar. Folks that like the mustard basein my opinion can only be from or found in SC.

Depends on what I' m cooking. I like mustard based on chicken,vinegar on pork butts
