Hey everybody!I normally smoke/BBQ but recently I bought a gas grill for steaks and fish. Tonight I am going to try my hand at searing a small (3 lbs.) pork loin roast, then cooking over indirect heat until I reach 150 internal temp.  Any tips or advice are welcome! Looking forward to trading stories with yall   BBQ Blues and beer forever!!See More
